Al-Haj Textile declares 20pc stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The board of directors of Al-Haj Textile has recommended 20 percent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014, said an office disclosure on Thursday.
The AGM will be held on December 12 at 11:30am at the Alhaj Textile Mills Factory Premises at I.K. Road, Ishurdi, Pabna. Record Date: 05.11.2014.
The Company has also reported net profit of BDT 21.36 million, EPS of BDT 1.68, NAV per share of BDT 14.88 and NOCFPS of BDT 9.67 for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (Thursday) following its corporate declaration.
