Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The board of directors of Aman Feed has decided to make an agreement with Bengal Feed & Fisheries, to meet the growing market demand and also a part of market expansion, said an official disclosure on Tuesday.
Under the agreement, Aman Feed will supply raw materials and Bengal Feed & Fisheries will produce maximum 700MT finished feed per month and supply finished feed to Aman Feed, said the disclosure.
The agreement will effect from March 11, 2016 for a period of consecutive 12 months.
Aman Feed will sale this feed through its existing distribution network to all over the country.
After execution of the agreement, the maximum sales volume will be increased by 8,400 MT and the sales amount will be increased approximately BDT 350 million during the agreement period and the net profit will increase approximately BDT 28 million, said the disclosure.
Aman Feed, the fisheries and livestock feed producer was listed on the Dhaka bourse in September, 2015.
Each share of Aman Feed closed at BDT 54.6 on Monday.
