Amann Bangladesh Limited starts journey

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Standard Group of Bangladesh has signed a joint venture deal with Germany-based Amann Group for the establishment of a new thread-manufacturing entity “Amann Bangladesh Limited”.

The new company, under the joint venture agreement, will produce and sell high quality sewing threads especially for apparel and the shoe/leather sector, based of German Quality Standards.

Chairman of the Standard Group Engr. Md Atiqur Rahman and Chief Executive Officer of Amann Group Bodo Th. Bolzle signed the joint venture agreement on behalf of their respective companies in a signing ceremony at a city hotel on Wednesday.
