Apex Adelchi Footwear approves 50% cash div

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Apex Adelchi Footwear Ltd has recommended cash dividend @ 50% (i.e. Tk. 5.00 per share of Tk. 10.00 each) for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

The date of AGM: 09.05.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Dhaka Ladies Club, 36 Eskaton Garden Road, Dhaka. Record Date: 15.04.2013. The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 23.01, NAV per share of BDT 203.26 and NOCFPS of BDT (15.75) for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
