Apparel leaders express solidarity with Shahbag protestors

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Leaders of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA), Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA) and Bangladesh Textile Mills Association (BTMA) expressed their solidarity with the young generation demanding execution of all war criminals.

They expressed the solidarity when they joined the sit-in protest of the young generation at Shahbag in the capital Dhaka on Saturday.

BGMEA president Shafiul Islam Mohiuddin and former president Annisul Huq spoke there while BTMA president Jahangir Alamin, BGMEA vice presidents Siddiqur Rahman and Faruque Hassan, former president and vice presidents Anwarul Alam Chowdhury and Shahadat Hossain Chowdhury and Shahidul Haque Sikder, among others, were present.
