Asia Insurance declares 20pc dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The Board of Directors of Asia Insurance has recommended 15 percent cash dividend and 5 percent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2013, said an office disclosure on Monday.

The annual general meeting will be held at 11:00am at the Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, Bhaban on June 16. Record Date is June 19.

The Company has also reported (earning per share) EPS of BDT 1.93, NAV per share of BDT 18.32 and NOCFPS of BDT 1.23 for the year ended on December 31, 2013.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company on Monday following its corporate declaration.
