Asian Banking Summit to begin in Bangladesh Tuesday

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Asian Banking Summit 2015, for the first time, is going to begin in Bangladesh capital on Tuesday to discuss how banks can remain competitive by managing risk while embracing growth opportunities.
The summit will be inaugurated by Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank (BB) SK Sur Chowdhury Tuesday morning at Hotel Le Meridien in the capital, organizers said.
Nimai Management Consultants, an Award winning UAE-based financial services firm, specializing in Advisory on Risk Consulting, Syndication of Bank Finance, Rationalization of Finance Cost and Trade Finance solutions to clients and Banks globally is organizing the summit.
The summit will bring together senior bankers, government officials from Bangladesh, Middle East and Asia at the vent.
Among the distinguished speakers, Abrar Anwar - CEO, Standard Chartered Bank, Bangladesh, K Mahmood Sattar, Chairman, RSA Advisory, Bangladesh, M A Rumee Ali, Chief Executive, BIAC and Former Deputy Governor of BB, Syed Mahbubur Rahman, MD and CEO, BRAC Bank, confirmed their presence at the conference.
