ATN Bangla chief adviser Saiful Bari no more

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Saiful Bari, chief adviser to private television channel ATN Bangla, died at a city hospital this morning. He was 77.

The veteran journalist breathed his last at LabAidSpecialised Hospital in Dhaka around 5:00am.

Bari had been suffering from throat cancer for long.

He left behind his two daughters, relatives, well-wishers and a host of colleagues to mourn his death.

His first namaz-e-janaza will be held at Ramna Jame Mosjid after Johr prayers and the second one at the ATN Bangla office in Karwan Bazar of the capital.
