Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Advisory council of the interim government on Sunday decides to appoint Bangladesh Bank governor soon.
It also formed a three member search committee to recruit deputy governors of the central bank, according to a media report.
The members of the committee are Mohammad Muslim Chowdhury, Ahsan H. Mansur and Nazrul Islam.
At the first meeting of the advisory council has also decided to cancel all contractual appointments.
