Bangladesh Bank provides BDT 57.23bn liquidity support to banks

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The Bangladesh Bank (BB) provided BDT 57.23 billion liquidity support to the banks on Sunday, officials said.
Twenty nine primary dealer (PD) and no-PD banks of 1-day tenor amounting total of BDT 57.2322 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility. The rate of interest of the Liquidity Support Facility was 7.25 percent, according to the auction result.
