Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The Bangladesh Bank (BB) provided BDT more than BDT 12.72 billion liquidity support to the banks on Thursday, officials said.
Eight primary dealers (PDs) non-PD banks of 3-day tenor amounting total of BDT 12.7246 billion were provided as Liquidity Support Facility.
The rate of interest of the Liquidity Support Facility was 7.25 percent, the central bank said in a statement.
