Bangladesh Bank withdraws BDT 22.90bn from market Thursday

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The Bangladesh Bank (BB) withdrew BDT 22.90 billion from the market through reverse REPO auction on Thursday, officials said.
Six bids of 4-day tenor amounting total of BDT 22.90 billion were received and all the bids were accepted. The rate of interest of reverse REPO was 5.25 percent, according to the auction result.
