Bangladesh Bank withdraws BDT22.87bn from market

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The Bangladesh Bank (BB) withdrew BDT 22.87 billion from the market through reverse REPO auction on Sunday, officials said.
Nine bids of one-day tenor amounting total of BDT 22.87 billion were received and all the bids were accepted.
The rate of interest of reverse REPO was 5.25 percent.
