Bangladesh forms committee to trace comments against Islam on net

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The government has formed a nine-member high-powered committee to find out those making objectionable comments against Islam and Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) using facebook and blog and take action against them, officials said. 

“The committee headed by Additional Secretary of the Home Ministry Mainuddin Khandakar was formed at the directive of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, and it’ll start work very soon,” Prime Minister’s press secretary Abul Kalam Azad said.
