Bangladesh govt borrows BDT 6bn issuing T-bond

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The Bangladesh government borrowed BDT 6.00 billion issuing its treasury bonds (T-bonds) Tuesday to finance budget deficit partly, officials said.
A total of 75 bids amounting BDT 21.90 billion were offered against pre-targeted amount of BDT 6.00 billion.
Of those, 10 bids amounting BDT 6.00 billion were accepted.
The coupon rate of the accepted bid was 7.6000 percent per annum.
