Bangladesh, Maldives to operate direct flights

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) has signed an air-service agreement with Maldives to operate direct fights between the two South Asian countries.
A memorandum of understanding was signed in the Maldives. CAAB Chairman Air Vice Marshal Mahmud Hussain and Chief Executive of Maldives Civil Aviation Authority Hussain Jaleel attended the signing ceremony, a CAAB statement said.
Both sides will be able to fly 14 passenger and unlimited cargo flights on a weekly basis.
