Bangladeshi cattle trader killed in BSF firing

Sathkhira, Bangladesh (BBN)-The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) personnel gunned down a Bangladeshi cattle trader in on the frontier of Satkhira, a south-western Bangladesh Saturday.

Being informed by the local people, police rushed to the spot and recovered the body from a field at Badhilki village in Sadar pazilla at about 11:30 pm, local police said.

Earlier BSF troops opened fire on the cattle traders without any provocation, while the victims with others returning homes with  cattle around 3:00am on Friday, leaving him dead on the spot, the BGB sources added.

The body sent to Satkhira Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
