Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Bangladesh’s 12 mutual funds declared dividend income for the year ended on June 30 in 2017, says separate disclosures on Thursday.
The trustee committee of the mutual funds have declared the dividend income.
The mutual funds are: Grameen One: Scheme Two, EXIM Bank 1st Mutual Fund, First Bangladesh Fixed Income Fund, Janata Bank Mutual Fund, IFIC Bank 1st Mutual Fund, Trust Bank 1st Mutual Fund, EBL First Mutual Fund, SEML IBBL Shariah Fund, AB Bank 1st Mutual Fund, EBL NRB Mutual Fund, Popular Life 1st Mutual Fund and PHP 1st Mutual Fund.
GRAMEENS2: The trustee committee of Grameen One: Scheme Two: has decided to distribute 11 percent cash dividend and taking into consideration available fund from distributable reserves, the Trustee also approved 4.0 percent dividend on the capital fund in the form of re-investment units for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit before Record date.
The fund has reported earnings per unit (EPU) of BDT 1.13, net asset value (NAV) per unit at market price of BDT 19.71, NAV per unit at cost of Tk. 11.17 and net operating cash flow per unit (NOCFPU) of BDT 1.07 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 1.03, BDT 17.40, BDT 11.22 and BDT 1.06 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
EXIM1STMF: The trustee committee of EXIM Bank 1st Mutual Fund has approved 2.0 percent cash dividend and Re-Investment Units (RIU) of 10 percent for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit at market price before record date.
The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.19, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 12.37 (adjusted), NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.48 and NOCFPU of BDT 1.16 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 0.45, BDT 11.00 (adjusted), BDT 10.75 and BDT 0.43 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
FBFIF: The trustee committee of First Bangladesh Fixed Income Fund has approved 2.0 percent cash dividend and Re-Investment Units (RIU) of 10 percent for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit at market price before Record date.
The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.18, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 12.15 (adjusted), NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.61 and NOCFPU of BDT 1.18 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 0.59, BDT 11.23 (adjusted), BDT 10.99 and BDT 0.57 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
JANATAMF: The trustee committee of First Janata Bank Mutual Fund has approved 2.0 percent cash dividend and re-investment Units (RIU) of 10 percent for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit at market price before record date.
The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.16, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 12.06 (adjusted), NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.54 and NOCFPU of BDT 1.10 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 0.52, BDT 11.19 (adjusted), BDT 10.84 and BDT 0.57 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
IFIC1STMF: The trustee committee of IFIC Bank 1st Mutual Fund has approved 2.0 percent cash dividend and Re-Investment Units (RIU) of 10% for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit at market price before Record date.
The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.21, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 12.09 (adjusted), NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.57 and NOCFPU of BDT 1.13 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 0.58, BDT 10.93 (adjusted), BDT 11.10 and BDT 0.63 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
TRUSTB1MF: The trustee committee of Trust Bank 1st Mutual Fund has approved 2.0 percent cash dividend and Re-Investment Units (RIU) of 10% for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit at market price before Record date.
The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.19, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 12.35 (adjusted), NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.54 and NOCFPU of BDT 1.21 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 0.44, BDT 11.29 (adjusted), BDT 10.82 and BDT 0.44 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
EBL1STMF: The trustee committee of EBL First Mutual Fund has approved 2.0 percent cash dividend and Re-Investment Units (RIU) of 10 percent for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit at market price before Record date.
The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.18, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 11.91 (adjusted), NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.44 and NOCFPU of BDT 0.85 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 0.83, BDT 11.09 (adjusted), BDT 11.46 and BDT 0.38 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
SEMLIBBLSF: The trustee board of SEML IBBL Shariah Fund has declared 2.5 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2017.
The fund has also reported EPU of BDT 0.13, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 10.33, NAV per unit at cost of BDT 10.34 and NOCFPU of BDT (0.22) for the year ended on June 30, 2017.
ABB1STMF: The trustee board of AB Bank 1st Mutual Fund has approved 3.0 percent cash dividend and Re-Investment Units (RIU) of 10% on the Capital Fund of Tk. 2,085,706,490.00 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit before record date.
The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.28, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 12.78, NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.96 and NOCFPU of BDT 1.26 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against Tk. 0.54, BDT 11.67, BDT 11.33 and BDT 0.53 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
EBLNRBMF: The trustee board of EBL NRB Mutual Fund has approved 2.0 percent cash dividend and Re-Investment Units (RIU) of 10 percent on the Capital Fund of Tk. 1,957,447,880.00 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit before Record date.
The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.14, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 11.86, NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.51 and NOCFPU of BDT 1.15 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 0.56, BDT 10.86, BDT 10.85 and BDT 0.41 respectively for the same period of the previous year.

The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.30, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 12.14, NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.72 and NOCFPU of BDT 1.23 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 0.60, BDT 11.07, BDT 11.16 and BDT 0.53 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
PHPMF1: The trustee board of PHP 1st Mutual Fund has approved 2.5 percent cash dividend and Re-Investment Units (RIU) of 10 percent on the Capital Fund of Tk. 2,481,071,880.00 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to be issued at a valuation based on last published NAV per unit before record date.
The fund has reported EPU of BDT 1.22, NAV per unit at market price of BDT 11.86, NAV per unit at cost of BDT 11.46 and NOCFPU of BDT 0.77 for the year ended on June 30, 2017 as against BDT 0.68, BDT 10.90, BDT 11.39 and BDT 0.50 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the units of these funds today following their corporate declarations while record date of these funds is on 05 September 2017.
