Bangladesh’s share trading resumes on Sunday after nine days

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Share trading and official activities at both the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) will reopen on Sunday after a nine-day Eid vacation including weekly holidays, officials said on Saturday.

The DSE authorities on July 10 announced that the share transaction and the office of the stock exchange would remain closed from July 27 to July 31 on the occasion of holy Eid-ul-Fitr. But July 25, 26 and August 1 and 2 were the weekly holidays.

Share trading at both bourses -- DSE and CSE -- will begin at 10:30am and continued till 2:30pm while office will remain open from 9:30am to 5:30pm.
