Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-Bangladesh’s stocks witnessed upward trend in early hour of trading on Tuesday, the third trading session of the week.
The key index of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) gains 15.07 points and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) up 15.12 points after 15 minutes of trading.

DHAKA STOCK EXCHANGE:
DSEX, the prime index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), went up by 15.07 points or 0.31 per cent to reach at 4,846.67, when the report was filed at 10.45am.
The DS30 index, comprising blue chips, rose 7.95 points or 0.43 per cent to stand at 1,848.12.
The DSE Shariah Index (DSES) gained 3.25 points or 0.28 percent to reach at 1,174.16.
DSE turnover stands at only BDT 129 million when the report was filed at 10.45am.
Of the issues traded till then, 94 advanced, 37 declined and 38 issues remained unchanged.
Brac Bank was the most traded stocks till then with shares BDT 14 million changing hands followed by Aman Feed, Trust Bank, BSRM Steels and BSRM.
CHITTAGONG STOCK EXCHANGE:
The port city bourse – the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) also saw positive trend with its Selective Category Index — CSCX – gaining 15.12 points to stand at 9,029.52, also at 10.45am.
Of the issues traded till then, 29 gained, 12 declined and 6 issues remained unchanged with a turnover value of BDT 7.0 million.
