Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): Trading at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) opened with a slightly higher amid volatility on Tuesday.
The General Index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSEX) went up by only 2.41 points within first 30 minutes of trading to stand at 3,619.76 points at 11am when the report was filed.
Of the issues traded then, 95 advanced, 49 declined and 18 remained unchanged.
Turnover on the DSE turnover stood at BDT 187.44 million till the report was filed at 11am.
RN Spinning was the topped turnover chart with shares worth BDT 47.90 million changing hands till then.
The Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) opened with a positive trend with the Selective Category Index of the CSE gained 8.70 points to stand at 6,797.73 also at 11am.
Of the issues traded then, 28 advanced, 29 declined and 7 remained unchanged.
