Bangladesh’s stocks open with positive mood

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): Share price index at the country’s both bourses –Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) –-opened with a positive mood on Monday.

The DSE benchmark index, DSEX gained 11.33 points to reach 4048.11 points at 11am. Of the issues traded till then, 145 gained, 79 declined and 26 remained unchanged.

Turnover value stood at BDT 1.03 billion till then with Tallu Spinning topped the turnover chart with shares worth BDT 83 million changing hands at 11am when the report was filed.

The CSE key index, CSCX also gained 28.87 points to stand at 7905.66 points, also at 11am on Monday. Of the issues traded till then, 71 gained, 37 declined and 13 remained unchanged.
