Bank Asia recommends 10pc stock div

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Bank Asia has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
The AGM will be held on 31 March, 2013 at 10am at Officers Club, 26 Baily Road, Ramna, Dhaka. Record date: 12.03.2013.

The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of BDT 1.35, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 20.80 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 16.83 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
