Bank of Japan keeps key rate unchanged

Tokyo, Japan (BBN)- The Bank of Japan (BoJ)’s policy board on Wednesday kept its unsecured overnight interest rates unchanged at 0.1 percent, and contrary to expectations in the market, made no mention of whether it will end measures to supply funds to the market by buying bank-owned corporate debt.
