Bay Leasing recommends 15% cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Bay Leasing and Investments has recommended 15 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Wednesday.

Date of AGM: 27.05.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Officers’ Club, 26, Baily Road, Dhaka. Record Date: 06.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 0.72, NAV per share of BDT 25.55 and NOCFPS of BDT 3.70 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
