BB governor calls on Indian President Pranab Mukherjee

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Dr. Atiur Rahman, Governor, Bangladesh Bank has called on the President of India Pranab Mukherjee recently at Rashtrapati Bhaban in New Delhi to offer his condolence on the demise of Mrs. Suvra Mukherjee.
They also exchanged views on bilateral economic relations, a Bangladesh Bank(BB), the country’s central bank, statement said in Dhaka.
The president appreciated Bangladesh’s impressive performance in macro-financial stability and financial inclusion, it added.
