BBN exclusive: US dollar moves slightly against BDT

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The US dollar moved slightly against the Bangladesh Taka (BDT) on Monday early treading session due mainly to higher demand for the greenback in the inter-bank foreign exchange market, a treasury official told the BBN at 12:15 pm on the day.

The US dollar was quoted at BDT 73.81- BDT 74.05 in the inter-bank foreign exchange market in early treading session on Monday against BDT 73.35-BDT 73.80 of the previous working day, market operators said.
