BD Lamp recommends 20% cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Bangladesh Lamp has recommended cash dividend @ 20% (i.e. Tk. 2.00 per share of Tk. 10.00 each) for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Sunday.

Date of AGM: 12.05.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Emmanuelle’s Banquet Hall, House # 4, Road # 134-135, Gulshan-1, Dhaka. Record Date: 17.04.2013.
The Company has also reported NAV of BDT 614.58 million, EPS of BDT (5.31) and NOCFPS of BDT (9.32) for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
