BD Lamps recommends 20pc cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The board of directors of Bangladesh Lamps Ltd (BD Lamps) has recommended 20 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2015, said an official disclosure on Wednesday.
The final approval will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on April 16 at 11:00am Emmanuelle’s Banquet Hall, Gulshan-1 in Dhaka.
The record date is on March 30.
The company has also reported earnings per share (EPS) of BDT 3.29, net asset value (NAV) per share of BDT 70.75 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of BDT 3.06 for the year ended on December 31, 2015 as against BDT 2.12, BDT 65.82 and BDT 9.30 respectively for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (Wednesday) following its corporate declaration.
Tuesday’s closing price of each BD Lamps share was BDT 211.
