BDT remains stable against US dollar

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The exchange rate of Bangladesh Taka remained stable against the US dollar in the inter-bank foreign exchange (forex) market on Sunday.
The US dollar was at maximum BDT 78.84 against the domestic currency during the evening trading.
In the morning trading, the US dollar was quoted at maximum BDT 78.84, that means the same.
“The exchange rate of the dollar remained stable as Sunday is the weekend in international market,” a senior treasury official of a leading commercial bank told the BBN.
On Thursday, the dollar was quoted at BDT 78.82-BDT 78.84.
