BDT weak further against US dollar

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The Bangladesh Taka (BDT) weakened further against the Greenback in last week’s trading, treasury officials said.

On Monday, the US Dollar (USD)/BDT broke the 76.00 level in direct USD/BDT trading.

The USD strengthened by BDT 0.23 against the USD over the week. The USD/BDT started the week at around 75.95 – 75.97 levels and hovered within 76.15 – 76.20 levels on Thursday, they added.
