BEDL recommends 15% dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Barkatulla Electro Dynamic Ltd (BEDL) has recommended cash dividend @ 10% (i.e. Tk. 1.00 per share of Tk. 10.00 each) and stock dividend @ 5% for the year ended on June 30, 2013, said an office disclosure on Sunday.

Date of AGM: 13.11.2013, Time: 11:30 AM, Venue: Sunrise Community Center, Pathantola, Sylhet-3100. Record date: 01.10.2013.

The Company has also reported consolidated net profit of BDT 184.26 million, consolidated EPS of BDT 1.48, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 19.43 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 1.23 for the year ended on June 30, 2013.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (22.09.2013) following its corporate declaration.
