BFIC approves 10 percent bonus share

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited (BFIC) approved 10 percent bonus share for its shareholders for the year 2008.

The approval came at the tenth annual general meeting (AGM) of the company at the Institution of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh auditorium in Dhaka on Monday with its Chairman Anwar Hossain in the chair.

The shareholders also took part in the discussion on the financial statement and other activities of the company and passed all the agenda unanimously.
