Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson Khaleda Zia will announce an expanded alliance led by her party at the March 12 rally.
The BNP-led alliance took the decision after a meeting of its leaders at Khaleda’s office at Gulshan in the capital Dhaka Wednesday night.
After the meeting, Bangladesh Jatiya Party Chairman Andaleeve Rahman said the opposition leader would declare the expanded alliance in the ‘grand rally’ in which she would also announce programs depending on the government’s steps in next few days, the New Age, a local newspaper, reported.
Andaleeve said the meeting had discussed about the contents of the BNP chief’s address and manifesto of the expanded alliance.
