Bombing outside India’s High Court kills 11

New Delhi, India (BBN): At least 11 were killed and more than 85 others wounded in a blast outside the Delhi High Court complex Wednesday morning

The National Investigating Agency (NIA) has confirmed that the blast was a terror attack and has taken over the probe, local media reported.

The blast was very loud and powerful, witnesses sad, adding that the bomb is believed to have been placed in a briefcase and left near gate number five of the court.

Many people were injured in the explosion, which occurred at around 10:17 am (local time) and some of them may be in a critical condition, they added.
