BPGMEA to organize plastic goods fair in February

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Bangladesh Plastic Goods Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BPGMEA) is going organize a four-day international plastic products fair to begin on February 15 in the capital Dhaka.

The 7th International Plastic Goods Fair will be held at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in Dhaka, BPGMEA President Shamim Ahmed told reporters in the capital on Saturday.

A total of 350 stalls are likely to be set up at the fair by local and foreign participants, the BPGMEA chief said, adding that the event would encourage manufacturers to improve their product quality.

More than 200 companies from 14 countries have already contacted BPGMEA to participate in the fair, he added.
