Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - BRAC Bank Limited has recently launched Collection And Recovery Management Application (CARMA) — a technological platform that automates collection process.
The private commercial bank is the first local one to install such a system which is expected to bring further efficiency in recovery process.
BRAC Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Syed Mahbubur Rahman launched the CARMA at a ceremony in the capital Dhaka in presence of senior management of the bank.
