Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - A Term Sheet Signing Programme was executed recently between United Commercial Bank Limited (UCBL) and Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills Limited (BSRM) for arranging Syndicated Term Loan amounting BDT 2800.00 million for the BMRE project of the company.
UCBL will act as Lead Arranger for raising the fund for this expansion.
M. Shahjahan Bhuiyan, Managing Director of UCBL and Mr. Alihussain Akberali, Managing Director of BSRM & Chairman of BSRM Group signed the Term Sheet on behalf of their respective sides.
