Kids special butter crunch biscuits

(BBN) – A crunchy cookie made with butter, flour, cornflakes and nuts.
COOK TIME:
30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
200 gm butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 gm castor sugar
175 gm flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 large Tbsp cocoa powder
100 gm crushed cornflakes
2 Tbsp chopped nuts
METHOD
Cream the butter, essence and sugar together.
Add remaining ingredients.
Place in spoonfuls on greased baking sheets.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degree C for 10-12 minutes.
Cool before removing from the tray, according to NDTV.
