Butterfly to raise capital through IPO

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Butterfly Marketing Limited has signed an agreement with IDLC Investments Limited to raise capital through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

IDLC Investments will act as Manager to the Issue in this regard.

M. A. Mannan, Managing Director of Butterfly Marketing Limited and Md. Moniruzzaman, Managing Director of IDLC Investments Limited signed the contract on Wednesday.

Butterfly Marketing Limited is one of the oldest & larger players in the Bangladesh consumer electronics & home appliance sector. IDLC Investments Limited is a fully- owned subsidiary of IDLC Finance Limited.
