CDA falls against USD

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Canadian Dollar (CAD) fell from the strongest level in almost three weeks as commodities weakened and a Central Bank official said its strength is a risk to growth. CAD dropped to 1.0867 against the US Dollar (USD).

US Stocks extended its rally after reports showed that consumer confidence and home prices are starting to recover, according to reports.

The Dow Jones industrial average added 30 points or 0.3 percent and closed at its highest point since November 4. The NASDAQ composite also rose 0.3 percent to touch its highest close since October 1.
