INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 kilo chicken breast or thigh fillet, cut into cubes
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/2 cup fresh shitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon sugar
salt and pepper, to taste
COOKING PROCEDURE
In a medium-sized pan, saute garlic in preheated oil.
Add in the ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chicken fillet then cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in the oyster sauce, mushrooms, and sugar.
Let simmer for 10 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water, if needed.
Adjust seasoning by adding salt and pepper.
Serve with steamed rice, according to yummy.ph.
