Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The visiting high-powered mission of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) visited the Dhaka Export Processing Zone (DEPZ) on Saturday.
BEPZA member (Finance) AKM Mahbubur Rahman welcomed the 11- member mission led by CII President and Chairman of India’s Godrej Group Adi B Godrej when they reached the DEPZ.
AKM Mahbubur Rahman briefed the mission members about the location of EPZs and the facilities the Bangladesh government is providing for foreign investors. He also answered different questions of the mission.
A 14-member delegation of CII arrived in Bangladesh on Friday on the three-day visit as part of the pursuance of CII’s continuing endeavours to enhance and strengthen bi-lateral relations and trade ties between India and Bangladesh.
