Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - The 28th Annual General Meeting of City Bank Limited was held Sunday at Bashundhara Convention Center in the capital, Dhaka.
The shareholders unanimously approved 30 per cent stock dividend in the AGM as recommended by the board of directors.
Aziz Al Kaiser, Chairman of the bank presided over the meetings. Vice Chairman Hossain Mehmood, directors Hossain Khaled, Rajibul Huq Chowdhury, Rafiqul Islam Khan, Mobarak Ali and Managing Director & CEO Kazi Mahmood Sattar, senior executives and a large number of shareholders also attended the meetings.
