City Bank recommends 10% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of City Bank Ltd has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Thursday.

The date of Annual General Meeting will be held on June 16, 2013 at 3pm at the BRAC CDM, Rajendrapur, Gazipur. Record Date: 29.04.2013.

The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of BDT 1.26, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 28.57 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 15.21 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
