City Bank recommends 22pc cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The City Bank has recommended 22 per cent cash dividend, said an official disclosure on Monday.
The board of directors of City Bank proposed the dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2015.
The final approval will come during the annual general meeting scheduled to be held on July 18 and time and venue will be notified later.
The record date is on 12 June.
The bank has also reported earnings per share (EPS) of BDT 4.09, net asset value (NAV) per share of BDT 29.13 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of BDT 11.97 for the year ended on December 31, 2015 as against BDT 2.53 (restated), BDT 26.40 (restated) and BDT 2.40 (restated) respectively for the year ended on December 31, 2014.
The Bboard of directors in the meeting has rescheduled the postponed EGM on May 31, time and venue of EGM will be notified later.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today following its corporate declaration.
