City Bank to issue subordinated bond worth BDT 3 billion

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of City Bank has recommended issuing Subordinated Debt (Bond) worth BDT 3.0 billion to meet capital requirement under Basel II subject to approval from the Regulatory Authorities and the shareholders in the EGM, said an office disclosure on Sunday.

However, detail Schedule of EGM will be notified later on.
