City General Ins recommends 10% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of City General Insurance has recommended stock dividend @ 10% for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Thursday.

Date of AGM: 18.06.2013, Time: 10:00 AM, Venue: Multipurpose Hall, Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, Kakrail, Dhaka. Record Date: 29.04.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.81, NAV per share of BDT 15.69 and NOCFPS of BDT 2.08 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
