Confidence Cement recommends 20% cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Confidence Cement has recommended 20% cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
Date of AGM: 20.06.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Factory premises, Madambibirhat, Bhatiary, Sitakunda, Chittagong. Record Date: 12.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 6.23, NAV per share of BDT 90.76 and NOCFPS of BDT (1.20) for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Companies today.
