Continental Ins recommends 10pc cash div

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Continental Insurance has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Thursday.
 
The AGM will be held on May 7, 2013 at 11am at the Spectra Convention Centre Ltd., House #19, Road #7, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212. Record Date: 15.04.2013.
 
The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.41, NAV per share of BDT 15.68 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.94 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
 
So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company on Sunday following its corporate declaration.
